The leather is buttery soft. Designed with ergonomics and high end finishes in mind. The polished metal legs and arms are incredibly smooth and bright. After several months the padding is as good as the day I started using it. The shape of the chair is perfectly supportive, relieving pressure and feeling very relaxing to spend time working in. The wheels and mechnisms are silent. Absolute smoothness and quietness from the adjustments which makes this ideal for quiet work environments. People will be very surprised by the comfort and high end feel of the materials. Easy to clean and maintain, has not shown any marks or scuffs after months of professional use. The product support is also fantastic, if you have any concerns the staff are easy to reach and very kind. If you are seeking to elevate your experience and create a visually harmonious workspace, look no further.
This is the dream office chair!,It is comfortable, versatile elegant, ergonomic and of a superior quality.very perfect!
The chair is quite beautiful and appears to be sturdy and well made. Just received and assembled it a couple of days ago so cannot tell it's durability yet. I went for real leather this time instead of the so called bonded leather which only seems to last a year or two before cracking and peeling. It is comfortable and not difficult to assemble. Did it myself in about a half and hour. My initial out of the box rating would be 5 stars.
Pleased with the quick response from seller, they are honest and stand by their customers. Chair itself is very nice, lots of features. pretty love this top grain genuine leather executive office chair and satisfied with customer service.
